I've been using a menstrual cup for years. They are great. i recommend them to all ladies. My friends that have them really like them as well. But. I would say that if you have a coil fitted. Beware. I don't know if it's a thing with the cup but myself and my friend's coil fell out when we used the menstrual cup.

Great tips! I mean this in the nicest way possible, you don't need any makeup at all 🙂 Going no makeup is not only beautiful, it's green, sustainable, and a HUGE money saver!

Save energy – save money. An energy efficient car and home saves money.
Save money by looking long term and not short term. Spending a little more for energy efficiency saves money long term.
An electric vehicle will save money over the long run. Walking, bicycling and mass transit are better yet. I had an energy efficiency audit on my home and and followed the recommendations given. I added insulation and sealed air leaks. My energy bills went down 30% the following month. I am now replacing light bulbs with LED's which are 85% more efficient. Spend a little money to save money every month after. Electric car, electric lawn mower, electric snow blower, no emissions.

We use the same vinegar spray, except I do rosemary instead of eucalyptus. Definitely super handy with kids! I really need to learn to sew so badly…it would help with so many things.😅

I love using my antibac Norwex microfiber makeup removal cloth- it seriously does an amazing job at removing makeup I was so impressed when I first used it- and I feel good that I'm not using makeup removing wipes. When the cloth gets dirty I use my dr bronner castle soap to clean it 👍🏻
