Hey Signe, great Tips for using less while taking care of yourself. Thanks for sharing! I just wanted to let you know that Lush uses Laureth Sulfates in their shampoo soaps, which is very bad for the water and marine life. I discovered that after having bought 2 of them recently because I wanted to spare some packaging. Instead I’ve been using hair soaps from a lady here in Germany and I’m quite sure she doesn’t ship to Denmark. In case she does, her online shop is called “Sauberkunst”. They’re palm oil free and work just as well or even better than the Lush soap! Cheers, emma

Cathy Lynn Pietranton says:

Hi Signe enjoyed your video we also use Lush shampoo bars.

Jaimi Sands says:

Ethique is so good! I’m lucky to live in Australia and have them so readily available. They have totally changed my hair, it’s the best shampoo bar I’ve ever used 🙂 hopefully they’ll be available closer to you one dayN

Andrea Turner says:

I'm a spa therapist and recommend skin brushing. It can help exfoliate your skin and help improve the circulation of the skin. Dead skin cells coming away from your body is detoxing your body, cleansing your skin and helping skin renewal. Too much tea, coffee and alcohol isn't great for the mind and body and skin too, so great to detox from these things too. Someone told me that Lush uses palm oil in their products 🙁

Anna Karwowska says:

have you tried german shampoo bars sauberkunst? they are great!

Sofia Lindh says:

Jag kan rekommendera aleppo tvål som schampoo tvål, finns att beställa hos kemikalieklok…

Ruta Gronskyte says:

Hi. Like your videos 🙂 I am currently using Solidu shampoo and conditioner. I really like them and they smell amazing. They made in LT so it is close to ship. https://soliducosmetics.com/

Karen Suvi says:

You’re absolutely right! Thanks for remembering me to drink more water and keep healthy routine. Great products and I didn’t know that shampoo bars exist! Awesome! I really love organic oil as well

VeSu says:

Thank you for the great video, Signe! As a German follower I can recommend the German brands "Sauberkunst" and "Duschbrocken" as fantastic alternatives to Lush and Ethique. In my opinion they are far better and much better suited for sensitive skin – plus: after hearing about the working conditions at Lush I decided not to support them.
Looking forward to your next one 🙂

Gabriela Benesova says:

Hey Signe, had the same problem with breakouts around my mouth. The dermatologist said it´s toothpaste. Some people are oversensitive to fluoride and it causes those pimples. Give it a try in case you´re not using fluoride-free toothpaste yet:) I can see the difference after a few weeks now

Leemaree Hutchinson says:

Ethique is now being stocked at our local chemist, so happy about this.
p.s the tea dispenser is called a tea infuser ball x

Olivia Johansson says:

Check out grönlycka, its a swedish brand so Im not sure If they ship to you but its worth looking into. They have amazing shampoo bars. Lamazuna has shampoo bars too. Since they are not soap based they shouldnt leave a greasy residue

Wendy Malatios says:

Thanks for the info on Ethique…. I live in New Zealand and hadn't heard of them before

Alicja Kotańska says:

I learned from a small shampoo and soap producer, that bar shampoo and bar hair soap are 2 different things and that after the hair soap bar it is recommended to rinse with water/vinegar mix to change the pH to the correct one and it also helps to prevent the build-up of soap that you feel as "greasy". Maybe this will help you? Greets

Dianne Porter says:

Have a look on You Tube at what Dr Dray, American dermatologist, has said about dry brushing. She is not a fan and gives reasons why.

Bebeeru says:

Hi Signe! I recommend you to take a look at the brand booda organics. They are made in Seattle everything hand made with love, less than 5 ingredients. Eco- packaging. I recommend their butter smells like coco! Also they have a multitude soap bar and a natural deodorant, you should definitely give them a try! I am addicted!

Line Houde animation says:

Too bad these products are not Eco friendly, i cannot read the ingrédients. By the way the mask has sodium benzoate …not natural might be dangerous
